The Georgia WWII Heritage Trail is delighted to share that Camp Toccoa at Currahee will host its annual Christmas at Camp Toccoa celebration on Saturday, December 20, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This family-friendly holiday tradition brings World War II history to life in a joyful and meaningful way.
Set against the historic backdrop where thousands of WWII paratroopers trained, visitors can enjoy a festive day of activities including:
Meet Airborne Santa and Mrs. Claus
Parachute displays and simulated jumps for all ages
Christmas music, hot cocoa, and holiday treats
Additional inspirational programming supporting great local causes
Admission: Please bring a small child’s toy or non-perishable food item for donation to local charities.
