Christmas at Camp Toccoa — A Festive Celebration on the Georgia WWII Heritage Trail

The Georgia WWII Heritage Trail is delighted to share that Camp Toccoa at Currahee will host its annual Christmas at Camp Toccoa celebration on Saturday, December 20, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This family-friendly holiday tradition brings World War II history to life in a joyful and meaningful way.

Set against the historic backdrop where thousands of WWII paratroopers trained, visitors can enjoy a festive day of activities including:

  • Meet Airborne Santa and Mrs. Claus

  • Parachute displays and simulated jumps for all ages

  • Christmas music, hot cocoa, and holiday treats

  • Additional inspirational programming supporting great local causes

Admission: Please bring a small child’s toy or non-perishable food item for donation to local charities.
